No matter if your goal is to build strength, transform your body, or to feel happier and more confident in yourself.

1-1 Personal Training

Face-to-face sessions are a perfect way to commit to your fitness journey, whether it’s to build your gym confidence or to take your lifting to another level. You can choose between 1 or 2 sessions per week or a hybrid approach with fortnightly sessions.

All 1-1 PT packages include your sessions, tailored training plans, nutritional and lifestyle guidance, mindset missions, and full online support from myself. You will also get access to a range of resources to help you on your journey, our community group chat, weekly check-ins, and monthly goal setting with reviews to keep you on track.

Every package is priced monthly, with a range of payment dates & options. There are limited spaces available - get involved today!

1 session per week - £160 pcm

2 sessions per week - £260 pcm

Fortnightly sessions - £120 pcm

*Membership or day pass for Limitless Fitness Stirling is required.

Online Coaching

Enter into a new challenge, self-improvement! Armed with a coach in your pocket and a community of like-minded, motivated individuals, it’s time to own your journey with The Rise & Thrive Revolution.

This online coaching service is like nothing you’ve experienced before. You’ll have your tailored training plan, custom nutrition & lifestyle guidance, accountability, and full online support. Every month will have a new theme to explore. I’ll be giving you the tools to explore it further and missions to complete along the way. Think mindset, confidence, mobility, recovery, healthy lifestyle, pushing comfort zones, and so much more.

In addition to the training app, you’ll be added to our Little Monster WhatsApp Community. Weekly check-ins, monthly goal setting & progress reviews plus the opportunity to join our fortnightly group calls will all help you build towards your goals too.

All for only £90 per month, you can invest in yourself and let the hard work shine through into impressive, lasting results!

Technique Sessions

1-1 sessions are a fantastic way to improve in the gym whether you are looking to boost your confidence, learn a new movement, or refine your skills. These sessions are ideal if you are new to the gym (in both training, and/or location), if you follow an online coaching plan and need some in-person form evaluation, or if you have a few movements you’re unsure of.

All you need to do is let me know what you’d like to work on and show up! I’ll see to it that you get immediate progression and resources to help you continue to progress.

50 minute sessions are available for £45, 90 minutes for £70. If you’re a client of mine, you’ll get a discount on these.
